Opened in 2024, Haus of Dog aims to deliver the best standards of dog grooming and customer service, as well as a range of carefully curated and environmentally conscious products for your dog, supporting UK manufacturers where possible. We're also very proud to be a Real Living Wage Employer and female owned and run.

After a long and boring career in financial services, Louise had the opportunity to follow her dream of owning her own business. A previous owner of German Shorthaired Pointers [hence the spelling of Haus!], Louise is officially a crazy dog lady who loves nothing more than delivering the best possible customer service and talking all things "dog" with her lovely customers.

Owner of a rather naughty German Wirehaired Pointer x Labrador called Bonnie [who you might see hanging out in the store from time to time], Anne has her work cut out being Mum to both Bonnie and Louise! Anne works in the store part-time, where she too loves helping customers and generally keeping everywhere looking spick and span.

Charlotte joined Haus of Dog in April 2025 after working previously at Otley College. Louise and Charlotte met whilst Louise was completing her Level 2 in Dog Grooming, and it could be said that Louise rather cheekily poached Charlotte after seeing what a good Groomer she was! Charlotte is qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 in Dog Grooming and is also Canine First Aid qualified.

The OG Senior Groomer at Haus of Dog, Libby started when the grooming spa opened in 2024 and returned in the summer of 2025 after taking 6-months out to go travelling in Asia. Libby is also qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 in Dog Grooming and Canine First Aid trained. Libby is our resident dog whisperer who can put almost any dog at ease and make their spa treatment calm and enjoyable.
